Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a Relationship Manager / Sales Support Admin for a growing company in the financial industry.
This role supports operational and sales activities with current and new clients. This position also supports the Account Executive(s) and their clients with welcome calls, escalations and other ops related issues. This is not a sales position but does require the ability to learn and understand all products and services offered.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Answer calls and direct calls in a timely manner
- Assist sales reps with setting up new clients in the company portals
- First point of contact for designated clients, assisting with answering any inquiries they may have and collecting all necessary documentation for projects
- Outbound calls, answering emails and returning calls in a timely manner.
- Work with other internal groups to ensure client’s issues are heard and resolutions are made. Groups include vendor management, recruiting, finance, and senior management.
- Support clients with any troubleshooting needs; helping them to understand CRM databases
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of customer service/client services experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Savvy within Microsoft Office and comfortable picking up on new systems quickly
- Experience in the finance industry preferred but not required
- The desire to work in a team-oriented environment required
