We work in an open-office environment, which makes it easier to collaborate as we generate new ideas and better processes. We expect employees to be actively engaged in every aspect of their projects, and we encourage our people to collaborate, learn, and grow here.
In short, we offer the stability of a grounded agency but have bypassed the bureaucracy and bloated hierarchy typical in a larger organization. To start, we pay our team members based on experience ($19.00 - $22.00 per hour), and often reward hard work with a 90-day increase, as well as annual compensation increases and bonuses. We also understand the importance of work-life balance and provide a generous time-off package.
Our pace is fast and our expectations are high (the details absolutely matter), but the energy is incredible and the opportunities to participate in nearly every aspect of the marketing process are endless. Creative thinking is not only encouraged, it’s absolutely required.
With a fun and exciting company culture, Media Solstice is the perfect place to let your entrepreneurial spirit thrive. The more initiative you take – the more interest you show – the more you will grow. The only boundaries that exist are your own.
