OnStation, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS located in Cleveland OH, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator - an energetic and self-motivated marketer to support our marketing department. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in social media and content marketing, then we want to work with you. Your work will include monitoring and curating content for social media platforms, supporting our internal systems, develop email content and conducting market analysis. You will work with and report to our Director of Marketing.
In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. The successful candidate will also have in-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and social media platforms.

Day In A Life
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
- Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
- Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
- Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
- Provide administrative assistance to the team
- Maintain and Optimize content and provide monthly updates to the website
- Produce a quarterly newsletter and distribute to our email marketing list
- Work with the Sales and Business Development teams to develop case studies, testimonials, and references
Requirements

- 3+ years in a similar role
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), HubSpot, Canva, Squarespace
- Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format
