Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
5+ years of experience in financial communications
Experience building external communication strategic plans. Which includes public relations, media relations, social media, events, and additional communication channels.
Experience with Investor Relations communication
Experience developing sharp, convincing message messages for diverse audiences on complex matters.
Experience working with the media to position an organization in a competitive communications environment.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Finance and Investor Relations, developing and supporting internal/external financial communication strategies globally in line with the company's business strategy and marketing mission.
Partnering with the Finance organization to support the execution of senior executive level briefing materials, messaging for internal/external keynotes, media interviews, blogs, presentation, and advise executive leadership on a variety of complex company issues.
Supporting financial messaging and content development for all channels (marketing materials, social media, investor relations website, email newsletter, sustainability reports, annual reports)
Work with the Brand, Marketing and Advertising team on marketing and outreach programs to the investor community (analysts, shareholders, and institutions).
Advising on media relations specific to financial communications (press releases, opinion pieces, letters to the editor, media pitching).
Leading internal communication strategy for updating all employees on external financial messaging.
