Morgan & Morgan is currently seeking an outstanding candidate to serve as the HR (Human Resources) Coordinator who will work on projects to meet the people needs of our firm. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting core HR leadership team in various HR projects, as well as drafting firmwide communications including our firm newsletter.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Sr. HR Program Manager & centralized HR Leadership to support the execute all centralized HR projects
- Write and review content for our weekly employee newsletter
- Create various PDF flyers with HR announcements & content for different annual cycles (e.g., Performance Review Cycle, Compensation Cycle, Open Enrollment)
- Maintain various shared inboxes for HR support including response and follow-up to suggestions & needs
- Support role for new HRIS implementation, including helping to create and facilitate documentation on centralized process
- Assist with HRIS onboarding data entry & data clean up
- Assist the Benefits Manager with benefit support questions & elections
- Support centralized HR projects & work closely with HR Managers to execute
- Assist with creating centralized HR policies docs and procedures including HR handbook
- Maintain relevant content on our HR Intranet site
- Contribute to planning for people-related engagement programs and initiatives
- Support employee 90 day surveys launches & feedback analytics
- Function as a backup for basic HR data reporting
Requirements and skills:
- 1-2 years previous experience as an HR Coordinator or HR Admin
- BA or BS preferred
- Strong written communication skills (communication background a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- HRIS data experience a plus
- Ability to create communication content in the form of PDF and edit existing PDFs
Salary $45k - $55k depending on experience
