Our extraordinary growth has opened the need for a high performing Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of top talent for Sila Services while performing a variety of human resources, administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Tasks for this position include:
- Create offer letters and review onboarding materials with new hires
- Track, complete, organize and file all new hire, onboarding paperwork
- Assist with engagement activities such as company-wide newsletter and Engagement Committee
- Attend and assist with job fairs as needed
- Conduct in-person and virtual orientations
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Oversee other HR related paperwork and maintain company compliance
- Proactively seek out ideas for process improvement
- Special projects as assigned as necessary (ex. special audits)
- Run scheduled and ad hoc reports for HR Department
- Assist in planning and execution of corporate events; assisting other locations as needed
- Help shape company culture by demonstrating the Company Core Values & Code of Ethics

Desired Skills And Experience
- Bachelors or Associates Degree in HR or related field
- Recruiting: min 0-1 years (preferred)
- Human Resources: min 1-2 years (preferred)
- HRIS Systems experience
- Strong Microsoft office skills
