First Children Services is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to help educate, nurture, and develop audiences across our digital community channels and lead marketing strategies throughout PA and NJ. We are looking for someone who is innovative, energetic, team-oriented and passionate about having an impact on individuals with autism and their families. Their primary role will be strategically managing content and conversation across communities including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok. This position will lead and drive the development and execution of a marketing and communications strategy to strengthen public perception across multiple media markets. This is a highly visible role and rewarding growth opportunity that reports directly to the VP of Strategic Development. What You'll Do
Social Media Management:
- The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the social media lead for the company. This includes developing a high-level strategy for all social media channels including: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Tik Tok. This includes daily posting, storytelling, and creative content with the goal of creative highly viewed posts and interacting with followers.
- Build and manage a variety of paid search & social campaigns designed to meet growth goals, audience fit, budget, etc. with demonstrated results.
- Manage paid media budgets and optimize towards KPI’s on a weekly basis.
- Update teams with biweekly performance reports that emphasize performance.
- Use data to formulate in-depth analysis, insights and interpretation to optimize campaigns for growth.
- Create social media posts coordinating efforts to gain exposure and engage and respond to key audiences.
- Coordinate with website manager for events to cross promote on social media.
- Identify relevant emerging trends and present and execute ideas quickly.
- Collaborate with the business development team, human resources and intake team to develop campaigns and material that align with current demand for events, activities, initiatives and positions.
Tik Tok Expert
- Expertise in Tik Tok who knows how to create videos that will go viral.
- Proven track record of highly engaging TikTok videos.
- Must be comfortable concepting, filming, & editing short-form video and be in tune with TikTok.
Marketing
- Create content for internal and external use to market events, activities, grand openings, new programs.
- Develop materials including flyers, letters, posters, press releases, and newsletter to share with community partners.
- Manage relationships with community contacts and help identify relationships and facilitate new opportunities to expand our presence.
Requirements
- Must have high speed internet, and access to all social media channels.
- This is a work from home position, must be able to maintain a weekly schedule and calendar and be a self starter.
- Must be willing to travel to FCS locations in NJ and PA to capture content.
- Detailed oriented, exceptional with time management and extremely organized.
- Highly creative in all things social media with an emphasis on gaining followers and expanding brand presence.
- Attention to detail with an eye for creative content.
- The candidate must be up to date with the latest trends and ready to act quickly on building content to stay relevant.
- Must be willing to be both in front of and behind the camera to execute content quickly and stay on top of trends.
- Knowledge and ability to use a variety of photo and video editing tools.
- Excellent writing and language skills with an emphasis on creativity.
- Ability to think outside the box and create new marketing ideas.
- Ability to maintain marketing and social media calendars.
Required Experience
- 2-3 years experience in social media content creation including strategy, writing & executing content or a comparable experience and samples.
- Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
