Job Summary:
Marketing shouldn’t be rocket science. It should be fun, right? Imagine supporting a collection of lifestyle boutique hotels with seriously rad food & beverage outlets. Where you get to flex your creative muscles daily and watch your marketing dreams come to life. It sounds cliché to say “every day is different” but here, it truly is. You’ll have to get your hands dirty (not literally…ew) and help keep the team organized. The constants of each day come with copywriting, brainstorming, social media masterminding and more. With rapid portfolio growth comes multi-tasking. We’re looking for the newest addition to our team to launch new hotels with us, support established properties and prepare for all the ones to come (seriously, there’s a lot!).
Still with us? Now for the real talk… the Marketing Manager's primary responsibility is to assist with the day-to-day operations and promotions of Mainsail’s portfolio of brands. Our corporate marketing team is small but mighty and we work together closely.
The Marketing Manager will support all marketing activities, promotions, strategies and tactics to increase awareness and drive revenue to the hotels and vacation rentals through room nights, outlet covers and banquet business. They will support the on-property teams with their immediate and ongoing needs to ensure exceptional service to all guests that is consistent and continually in accordance with the individual property brand standards under the purview of Mainsail Lodging & Development. The successful candidate will also be required to streamline internal task management for a rapidly growing collection of boutique and independent properties.
