We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to help shift this engine into the next gear. This is your chance to work at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution. You’ll get to shape how the global semiconductor community experiences our brand and engages with our content.

We have momentum, but there’s room to go further: growing our share of attention on LinkedIn and YouTube, turning thought leadership into digestible, high-impact content, and experimenting with new formats.
What You Bring
As our Marketing Associate, you’ll own and execute a range of marketing initiatives, including:
- Creating custom presentations for candidates that showcase our clients’ companies and position them as “employers of choice” for top talent.
- Supporting video content creation and distribution, particularly our well-known C-Suite and Investor Spotlights. You’ll also be helping build the audience, optimizing SEO, and discovering strategies to increase engagement.
- Driving content amplification, by driving existing and future content to the right audiences to create meaningful engagement.
- Contributing to new marketing initiatives like newsletters or executive briefings – from ideation to production and distribution.
Who You Are
- Experienced with graphic design, copywriting, and social media, particularly for high-ticket B2B services.
- An “AI Native”, meaning, confident using AI-assisted content creation tools that magnify your own inherent creativity.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and brings solutions.
- Curious and hungry to learn, especially about marketing in technical sectors
- Skilled in social media, especially LinkedIn and YouTube, with experience building and engaging audiences
- Experience creating newsletters or executive briefings is a plus
- Bonus if you have experience with video editing, tagging, description writing, and distribution workflows
- Associate’s degree minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred
