Position Overview
CWTSatoTravel is seeking an
Operations Support Specialist II
Position Description - Internal Report Production
- Utilize department tools pull, analyze, and create reports. Revise report templates to meet specific business needs – daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
- Partner with internal resources to build upon current operations reporting and metrics
- Creation and regular distribution of newsletter
- Identify recurrent trends to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Supports manager and internal resources with ad hoc data collection and compilation
- Keeps immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance, takes prompt corrective actions where necessary, or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken
- File Maintenance
- Sets up and maintains an orderly filing system
- Maintains historic files for backward trend analysis
- Other Duties
- May perform other duties as back up to understaffed areas of department as assigned
- May be required to assist with department related projects and implementations (clean-up, startup, closeout, etc.)

- Strong communication skills
