We are looking for someone who can bring innovative ideas to the table and find new and mind-blowing ways to get things done. This is a new position with growth potential to form and lead our marketing and sales teams and manage vendors. This position has direct oversight over our sales and marketing operations. Primary responsibility is to maximize qualified leads through creative channels to increase conversion rates and maximize profit by effectively supervising our non-attorney sales force, coordinating sales and marketing budgets, and creating and implementing campaigns to reach the firm's goals.

We are seeking a person who can infuse energy and creativity and motivate, mentor, and teach in our goal-driven culture. This is an opportunity to create unforgettable plans and campaigns that result in new client acquisition, increased referral sources, and design original content to be our voice that we protect people's rights through zealous advocacy that clearly articulates who we are and why we do it.

$70,000 plus benefits and bonus opportunities when team and individual goals are met.
