The marketing coordinator will…
- Manage projects across multiple marketing channels–communicating & managing tasks of various stakeholders within the marketing team, the broader organization, outside vendors, & partner organizations
- Update the content calendar & production schedule, communicating updates to all stakeholders & creating weekly marketing update reports
- Edit & update our blog, publishing new content, & monitoring engagement
- Coordinate content production from initial request to final publication & promotion, including scheduling with subject matter experts across the organization for content topic discussion, reviews, & approvals
- Perform initial SEO research for individual content pieces
- Support the reporting of content performance, including collaborating with paid media, PR, & social to report on the performance of individual pieces of content, as well as larger campaigns
- Assist with the creation of email newsletter(s) & dedicated email campaigns
- Manage small-scale changes and edits throughout our website from our CMS (HubSpot), ensuring all webpages are up to date & error free
- Monitor website & SEO performance to identity opportunities for growth & optimization
- Coordinating the creation & publication of team bios, ensuring team bios & titles are up to date
- Supporting our recruiting, field marketing, & events teams in the promotion of webinars, conferences, & other events, including the production of event collateral, web assets, & workflows
- Coordinate between the paid media & marketing team to ensure production and publication of media assets
- Ensure news like awards, new hires, promotions, etc. are communicated out to our the organization, PR, Social, & Paid Media teams
To be a good fit for our Marketing Coordinator role, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field – but willing to look at anyone with a strong portfolio
- 1-4 years of marketing experience
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategy, preferably within the B2B space
- Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
- Strong time management, project management, and multitasking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people with varying roles across the organization
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to take constructive criticism and build upon it
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new goals and timelines
- Openness to learn and try new things
