Job Summary
The Sales Communication Specialist role provides operational/administrative feedback to the Sales organization. This includes sales teams communications, presentation building, meeting planning and administration and data reporting. This role is also the lead to represent the sales team for on-boarding new hires as well as the sales role as part of the National Sales meeting.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Own internal and external communications processes for Sales-specific communication (Newsletters) inclusive of the monthly sales results call.
- Lead deck development for key CSO meetings and presentations.
- Represent the sales team and lead communications in sales role in the onboarding of new hires and national sales convention (and other events/conferences as needed).
- Publish weekly internal Sales Newsletter and monthly external Wholesaler newsletter (inc. ad-hoc Wholesaler communication), working with key stakeholders to deliver on time.
- Maintain and update wholesaler distribution lists for external communications.
- Set deadlines for content submission for all newsletter content with all support/input functions.
- Handle entire planning process for how it relates to the sales team for key internal and external meetings, including but not limited to NBC, National Sales Meetings, Sales Roadshows, RVP Meetings, trade shows (NACS), annual planning meetings. This includes but is not limited to booking hotels, F&B, other hospitality, AV companies, mailings, schedule of events, pre-planning meetings, content formatting, and communication.
- Manage a favorable variance to budget allocated to each meeting being planned.
- Provide Route-to-Market (RTM) operational support, liaising between Wholesaler Development Manager, IT, and other key stakeholders.
- Misc. support as needed, including but not limited to ad-hoc analysis, presentation building/formatting, mailings, tracking.

Education, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Experience in a business support role
