Seer is a remote first agency with team members working across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in Philadelphia or San Diego.
What about you? You are a highly experienced, hands-on and strategic Director of Marketing looking to join a passionate and dynamic team. You will be responsible for leading and executing our marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales revenue generation. You will own the development and implementation of marketing strategies for internal divisions, and provide agency-level innovative and data driven strategies that propel our business plan forward. You will design and oversee the execution of Seer’s organic social media and content strategy, and you have a proven track record of driving MQLs for agencies or tech/software enabled consultancies through innovative evergreen and campaign-style marketing activations.

Your Compensation And Benefits Will Look Like…
- $140,000-$160,000 / year. Your final offered compensation will be determined based on your skills and experience

Here are some highlights of what you’ll be doing…
- As a member of our Senior Leadership Team reporting to the EVP of Business Strategy, you will lead the Marketing function for the agency; owning and optimizing all channels and tactics laddering up to Seer’s holistic marketing strategy
- Building on the current marketing strategy, you will identify opportunities for enhancements, team growth opportunities, facilitate ongoing development and deployment of Seer’s UVP throughout our activations, and lead your team to execute against those opportunities
- You will own responsibility for the Marketing budget, and will actively participate in the annual budget development process in collaboration with the Seer Executive Team to ensure optimized resource allocation
- You will collaborate with our Creative Division to create and implement a powerful brand and content strategy that invokes and increases engagement in our target audiences at Seer, that results in lead generation and conversions
- You’ll partner closely with our Business Development division to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals, and to develop and own lead generating strategies. You’ll have a Lead Generation Manager on your team to support you with these efforts
- You have a strong test mindset with experience in hypothesis testing, and will work closely with our Conversion Rate Optimization Division to regularly run A/B tests on our website, and apply awareness and interest solutions that result in MQL's
- In alignment with the Business Development Division, you'll contribute to full-funnel reporting to the Seer Executive team and stakeholders, and will leverage data from Google Analytics and Hubspot to create an impactful plan to increase increasing traffic and engagement
- You will serve as a hands-on mentor for your team, develop performance expectations and success metrics, while fostering a culture of feedback, growth and learning. You will lead by example in thought leadership by representing Seer Interactive at industry events and conferences
The skills you’ll bring to the table…
- You’ve developed and executed innovative and holistic marketing strategies, brand development and management that have elevated brand positioning and driven business growth, while ensuring consistency across all channels
- While you might not be a PPC or SEO practitioner, you understand digital marketing and you have experience leading overall digital marketing efforts including, SEO, PPC, Paid Social, organic social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- You have managed a $500k+ annual marketing budget, and have built ROI business cases to secure funds for marketing-driven initiatives
- Your creative experience sets fire to engaging marketing activations that include co-branding, webinars, live and online lead gen and thought leadership events. You regularly collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead nurturing strategies
- You're client obsessed, and view marketing as a way to help your clients win for their brands with Seer's solutions. You have a proven track record of bringing new brands into the sales pipeline with top-and mid-funnel marketing activation strategies and campaigns
- You won’t run it if you can’t measure it. You utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, iterate, and make data-backed recommendations. You own and regularly report on Marketing KPIs to Senior Leadership
- You have deep experience procuring, deploying, and integrating marketing automation and research tools such as Hubspot, CRM systems, heat mapping tools, Google Analytics, website plugins, Chatbots, survey platforms, Google Trends. You know how to gain closed loop insights from those tools to drive marketing that generates high-quality MQLs
- You’ve built and led high performing marketing teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. You've fostered a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity, excellence and a strong test-and-learn mindset
- You’re obsessed with learning and leading; you stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, emerging tools, technologies and industry best practices to ensure you maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace

- You will have fostered relationships with each division of the business to understand their needs, and produced an annual marketing strategy and plan ready for execution
- You have identified, and begun to develop performance expectations and success metrics for the Marketing function, that align with the business plan
- You will have created a roadmap of objectives for the Marketing Division that support overall business goals, and defined and allocated the resources you need to accomplish them
