Bluehawk Consulting is seeking a
Project Manager IV to support one of the world's largest software development companies.
Responsibilities
- 50% gathering data – preparing reports, testing quality of reports, 20% talking with HM and PDMs, 10% budget, 10% random tasks.
- Reporting needs for TSI PDM team.
- Actuals reporting.
- Work to develop and maintain the managed partner dashboard.
- Liaise with sales excellence on data/pipeline related partner asks.
- Analysis and various data pulls.
- Pipeline reports (weekly).
- Inbound reports (weekly).
- MC4N pipeline tracking (bi-weekly).
- MBU Roll up report (monthly) - Azure, MW, Biz App revenue.
- MBU Report ACA and DCA (monthly).
- MBU Deck (monthly).
- QBU Deck (quarterly).
- Updating of team target tracker (monthly).
- Target setting (annually).
- Partner planning report and analysis (quarterly)- comparing partner performance YoY by segments, by workload, etc. for QBR.
GTM Support For Team Including
- Landing Tour coordination.
- Co-sell days / Roadshow coordination.
- Partner/Customer Evidence.
- Coordinating marketing and event contacts for partner participation in campaigns, events, etc.
- Management of case studies.
- Management of demand Gen emails.
- Monthly newsletter submission.
- Management of meetings for events (quarterly, should include inspire).
- Team meeting notes and action tracking (weekly).
- Budget distribution and management, IO and PO management, support, and tracking/ Assist with purchase order creation, tracking and budget compliance.
- Create a budget for the team.
- Create a budget tracking excel.
- Monthly budget report with actuals and updated forecast.
- Submission of accruals (quarterly) to finance.
- Updating of forecasts (quarterly) to finance.
- Partner Alignment.
- Maintain and update data for internal Partner finder PBI and PAL.
- Work with other Partner stakeholder to develop a more comprehensive solution for internal partner tracker in TSI Partner including SMB, Managed partner, ISV.
- Publish and update partner finder (Monthly) for external audience.
- Maintain and upkeep of internal PAL (monthly) with more data.
Required Skills & Experience - 8-10 years of experience.
- Pivot tables - 8-10 years of experience.
- Tracking activities tools – (ex. planner, scum board) - 8-10 years of experience.
- Communication - 8-10 years of experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
- Strong knowledge of data systems to include pulling data and building reports in Power BI, Excel/Power Pivot.
Education
Desired Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- PMI, PMP, or Scrum Master, Agile PM certification.

Salary Range for this position: $122,000 - $136,000
