Marketing coordinator for a busy not for profit. Coordinate and conduct all aspects of Marketing, PR, and Communications. Assist, coordinate or direct all social media campaigns, weekly e-blasts, website, and PR. Assist with the newsletter, in-house and outside outreach, design of brochures, flyers and advertisements. Work closely with our development and programs staff.

Manage Center website and all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)

Plan and execute weekly / monthly email marketing campaigns utilizing Mailchimp, Word Press, Canva and Picmonkey for various audiences.

Manage media coverage for all Center events.

Make flyers for events to be used internally and in the community.

Coordinate artwork from advertisers for website and newsletters.

Work with Program Director to distribute monthly newsletter and promote events locally. Collaborate with support services staff to conduct community outreach for volunteers and services. Work with development staff to assist with annual galas and fundraisers including: print / web advertising, coordinating invitations & signage, mailing to all sponsors, coordinating media outreach and securing sponsors.

Applicants must have excellent writing skills with proficiency in WordPress, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe InDesign and all social media.'
