- Calendar Organization and Management:
- Maintain and organize the company calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure proper scheduling and avoid conflicts.
- E-commerce Storefront Management:
- Oversee and manage our presence on LTK RewardStyle, Amazon, and Walmart platforms.
- Optimize product listings, monitor sales performance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Graphic Design and Collage Creation:
- Create visually appealing graphics and collages using tools like Canva.
- Ensure brand consistency and engaging visual content across various marketing channels.
- Product Sourcing and Linking:
- Research and source new products that align with our target market and brand image.
- Curate and link products in a user-friendly manner to facilitate customer purchases.
- Blog Post Creation with SEO:
- Generate compelling blog posts from DIY projects, integrating SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.
- Develop catchy headlines, meta descriptions, and keyword optimization strategies.
- Newsletter Creation and Management:
- Create and manage a consistent newsletter to engage our subscribers.
- Incorporate relevant links, product recommendations, and trackable metrics to measure success.
- Research and Implement Google Ads:
- Conduct research to identify suitable keywords and target demographics for Google Ads campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to set up and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Website Cleanup:
- Collaborate with the web development team to improve website usability and user experience.
- Ensure content accuracy, proper categorization, and timely updates to maintain a polished online presence.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with personal and home-related tasks, such as scheduling doctor appointments and vetting service providers.
- Provide ad hoc support to the team with various projects and tasks as needed.
- Strong experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite, Canva, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and Wix.
- Demonstrated experience in product sourcing and an eye for design.
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating engaging content.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as needed.
- Availability within EST, CST, or MST time zones.
