- Invoice Management:
- Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve any invoice-related queries or discrepancies.
- Email Management:
- Monitor and respond to emails promptly, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Prioritize and organize emails to manage tasks effectively and provide timely responses.
- Weekly Newsletter Creation:
- Create engaging and visually appealing weekly newsletters using tools like Canva and FloDesk.
- Curate content, including product updates, promotions, and company news, to engage our subscribers.
- Copy Assistance for Virtual Hostings:
- Assist in creating compelling and informative copy for virtual hostings or online events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.
- Travel Scheduling:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for company personnel.
- Ensure smooth and efficient travel logistics, taking into account preferences and schedules.
- Social Media Engagement:
- Actively engage on social media platforms to foster connections with our audience.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Project Support:
- Provide support on various projects, including research, data analysis, and coordination tasks.
- Take initiative, contribute ideas, and assist in executing project plans as needed.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative role (a plus).
- Proficiency in using Google Office Suite, Canva, QuickBooks, and FloDesk for administrative and communications tasks.
- Familiarity with invoice management processes and QuickBooks (preferred but not required).
- Interest and passion for clothing and style (a plus).
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality in written and visual content.
- Intuitively organized, with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Availability to work 5 hours per week, with potential flexibility based on workload.
- Availability within the Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time Zone.
