As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our marketing efforts while providing essential administrative support.
As a Marketing Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks related to marketing and administrative functions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage social media channels and build lead generation funnel through the platforms.
- Curating compelling content for the company to engage and attract our target audience.
- Managing our asset library and capturing candid content for marketing purposes.
- Capturing and editing videos to create engaging promotional material.
- Building and sending weekly newsletter to our subscribers.
- Managing and updating the company website with relevant content pictures', and updates.
- Creating various marketing assets such as flyers, intro cards, promo signs/slides to support promotional campaigns.
- Building and nurturing relationships with corporate partners and seeking new partnerships to expand our network and clientele.
- Organizing and operating events on behalf of the company, including wellness fairs and promotional tabling events.
- Identifying and securing speaking engagements to promote our brand and services.
- Checking out clients in MindBody, our client management system.
- Informing clients about payment/renewal dates and processing transactions as necessary (Accounts Receivable).
- Managing logistics for company quarterly and annual meetings.
- Assisting our President with administrative tasks as needed.
- Monitoring gym maintenance and coordinating solutions for repairs.
- Managing supply needs.
- Addressing client requests and questions promptly and professionally.
- Answering phone calls and providing excellent customer service.
- Managing the schedule for PTO days, days off, and trainer unavailability/coverage.
- Handling scheduling emails from clients and managing recurring or ongoing client schedules.
- Resolving time clock issues and ensuring accurate timekeeping.
- Monitoring client feedback and implementing proactive retention procedures.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing coordination and/or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in video capturing and editing software.
- Experience in managing websites and content management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with client management systems (e.g., MindBody) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
