About the Role
Front Office Sports is seeking an Audience Operations/Analytics Intern with a background in growing audiences, analyzing them, and helping evaluate new opportunities. This person will play a key role in fostering our continued growth. The ideal teammate will thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment and is driven, resourceful, and innovative.
Our Audience Operations/Analytics Intern will help with email marketing, social media growth & monitoring, data analytics, and propose new ideas for growth. Our Audience Operations/Analytics Intern will work closely with and report to the Sr. Analyst of Audience Operations & Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email marketing (welcome flows, event outreach, etc.)
- Own the day-to-day operations of social media content tagging and sports event recaps
- A/B testing monitoring new initiatives
- Work on SEO improvements and other website/content tweaks
- Help grow FOS social media channels
- Work directly with our subscriber database to help us better understand the FOS audience
- Work with data and develop new strategies to help grow the brand and the FOS audience
- Participate in company meetings about developing new growth initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Ideal Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel formulas and tables
- Knowledge of social media management tools
- Experience leading or working as part of a team of some kind
- Experience or familiarity with Campaign Monitor, WordPress, and Zapier, Tableau
- Familiarity and passion for sports and business
- Ability to learn new skills and familiarize oneself with new software and technologies
