Virtual Executive Assistant to CEO Atlanta, GA – Virtual Executive Assistant needed for CEO of a fast-growing consulting firm. Hours are flexible. 20-25 hours per week. Live near Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area preferred.
Are you careful, meticulous, and utterly reliable because you are organized, self-sufficient, and conscientious? Do you like to work in a fast-paced work environment? The ideal candidate has… • A “can do….do what it takes” mentality/attitude. • Previous experience supporting executives or working in an organizational role is strongly preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Windows, Word, Excel • Proficiency with Google Contacts, Google Calendar, Apple, and Dropbox • Quick Books Experience preferred, not required. • Working knowledge of website and social media management; i.e., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram • Impeccable time management, organizational, and communication skills (both written and spoken) • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and start initiatives • Ability to effectively and efficiently “multi-task”, in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Key Duties & Responsibilities • Managing CEO’s schedule, including travel. • Developing relationships with new clients/customers (email, phone). No cold-calling, prospecting, or selling is required. If that is a skill you possess or would like to develop, we can discuss. This is not a sales position. • Maintaining office calendar • Helping manage emails and paperwork • Confirming appointments • Event planning- setting up meetings/events and coordinating food/locations associated with meetings/events • Managing agendas for meetings • Assembling, setting up, and delivery of meeting materials for monthly meetings • Taking the minutes/notes at meetings periodically (on average once per month) • Conducting research and data entry • Performing internet research on potential members/clients • Performing internet research to identify useful articles • Assisting in writing blog and newsletter • Assisting in creating and editing blogs, speeches, articles, and manuscripts • Creating and maintaining website content and social media posts • Administrative duties including…filing, typing, scanning, copying, printing • Reconciling Expense reports/receipts, when necessary • Generating invoices, reports, memos, financial statements, etc. • Running errands (must have a vehicle). • Purchasing and maintaining office supply inventory. • Getting help from technical support when something breaks (printer, internet, etc.
