A La Carte Nutrition is looking to hire a part-time Virtual Assistant. We are looking for the right individual to join our family who can assist with the day to day operations of ALC. Customer service, administrative, and marketing/SM efforts will be the main focus this position. Mostly all hours are virtual work but will require 2 hours a week of b2b interactions. All in all, a total of approx. 10-15 hours per week. Our current VA has really been an integral part of ALC so looking for the right person who can wear a lot of hats and keep in line with our Wellness Brand as a whole!
The Virtual Assistant position will consist of 3 main components, customer service, administrative, and marketing. Looking for a seasoned professional who has experience and a working knowledge in all three of these areas. Some training will be provided as our systems and processes can be complex but for the most part, we need someone who is experienced in these areas.
Responsibilities:
-answering customer service emails
-creating invoices and pulling tallies from SS
-weekly newsletter and social media posts
-brainstorming initiatives and marketing strategies
-identifying and proposing internal/external ideas in weekly virtual meetings with owner and dietician
-promoting general awareness of company brand
-lead management
-managing marketing campaigns and SM posts
-maintaining marketing expense account
-b2b interactions face to face and virtually as needed
Qualifications:
-experienced in customer service, administrative, and marketing/sm
-outgoing
-self starter and can work independently
-excellent written and verbal communication skills
-ability to manage multiple priorities at once
-knowledge of social networking platforms and their marketing
-professional demeanor when meeting b2b
-able to align with our wellness brand
-able to delegate and manage team as needed
Requirements:
-must have own computer, printer, and cell phone
-reliable transportation for b2b interactions once a week
-able to work 1 hour a week on Saturday evening or early Sunday morning to pull tallies and shut down our ordering system and generate grocery list (weekend day/time flexible but a requirement). This will not start until June 1 as you will need a month of training.
