The Role
You’ll be a perfect fit as our Marketing Coordinator if you think strategically and simultaneously like to roll up your sleeves and get involved in writing and design; coordinate a lot of moving parts; learn quickly and try new things -- and very importantly, you’re self-motivated and detail-oriented. We’re a branding firm, so details really matter to us!
LinkedIn and email marketing are big parts of the role, so you need to have experience with both. If you’ve done B2B marketing for professional services or consulting firms, that’s even better!
This fully remote, contractor position is estimated at 20 hours/week with some flexibility in working hours. There may be an opportunity to grow the role to full-time based on capability, initiative and performance. Compensation is hourly and varies with experience.
What You'll Do
- Develop multichannel marketing strategy
- Maintain content calendar for LinkedIn Company Page & Google Business Profile
- Manage LinkedIn posts & engagement (create original content and identify third-party content)
- Produce newsletter & email marketing campaigns
- Create original content & marketing assets (infographics, animations, one-sheets, eBooks)
- Post blog on website & optimize existing site content
- Analyze metrics & make recommendations based on insights
What You Must Have To Be Considered
- 2+ years of marketing and/or communications experience that includes LinkedIn company page content administration and execution of email campaigns
- Ability to coordinate concurrent initiatives with competing deadlines
- Strong writing and project management skills (related to content creation and production)
- Proficiency with MailChimp and Canva (or similar tools)
What Would Be Nice To Have (And Set You Apart)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, WordPress, Google Analytics/G4
- Experience with SEO research
- Knowledge of CRM integrations
- Interest in ChatGPT
