Position: Marketing & Digital Design Coordinator
Profile: The Marketing & Digital Design Coordinator is the visionary leader responsible for managing the CBAO brand and increasing member engagement through all communication channels. This will include guiding the team in marketing and communication efforts and providing graphic design services for all association departments. This rewarding role includes a mix of marketing, sales, and creative design.
Responsibilities:
Will include and not be limited to the following:
Marketing
- Develop and manage marketing strategy
- Manage all CBAO social media channels
- Manage email marketing platform including templates, scheduling, analytics, communication preferences, subscribers, and campaigns
- Produce, edit, and solicit material for communications (weekly e-newsletter, quarterly magazine, annual member directory)
Sales
- Negotiate advertising sales for key CBAO publications
- Develop artwork standards and manage advertising schedule
- Establish revenue goals and grow new revenue opportunities
· Graphic Design
- Lead CBAO brand, and develop design standards and materials for the association
- Provide graphic design services for all association departments
- Manage production of all print materials
· Website Management
- Manage all updates to the CBAO customer-facing website (HTML and CSS knowledge a plus)
- Develop a working knowledge of the CBAO database and website management platform (iMIS)
- Manage the CBAO DNS, domain registration, and other web-related content
- Manage Google Analytics and provide engagement goals and statistics
· Special Events
- Solicit sponsorships and engagement from associate members
- Develop theme and branding for key CBAO events
- Create signage and collateral for on-site events
- Prepare and manage event app for the Annual Convention/Silent Auction (Webex events)
- Manage event website for the Annual Convention
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or equivalent experience.
· 3-5 years experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design
· Software – Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, HigherLogic, Google Analytics, iMIS (ability to quickly adapt to new platforms is a must)
· Experience creating and producing print materials in a variety of formats
· Experience managing email marketing
· Experience managing website updates (HTML and CSS are a plus)
· Experience managing social media platforms
· Travel and the ability to work non-traditional hours required as needed
· Additional duties as assigned
