Job Description
Churchill is seeking a Marketing Associate, Digital Designer to provide hands-on support for the firm’s marketing initiatives, with a focus on digital design creation. The position will also work closely with Partner Randy Schwimmer on a weekly newsletter, vodcast and podcast for Churchill’s thought leadership publication, The Lead Left, a top resource on middle market private capital with 43K+ subscribers. A successful candidate will have excellent visual design skills, proficiency in numerous design software, an interest in learning about capital markets trends and data, and a creative and collaborative mindset.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop visually compelling digital assets such as graphics, videos, animations, and infographics, to support marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, paid media, and website content.
- Create and maintain marketing collateral, such as presentations, factsheets, and flyers, that cater to different stakeholders to support product and sales initiatives.
- Execute social media campaigns across platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and podcasts.
- Maintain the firm’s thought leadership publication, The Lead Left, by creating and updating a weekly newsletter and vodcast, as well as a monthly podcast.
- Assist in updating market data for presentations, investor RFPs, and thought leadership content.
- Provide support for event production, both in-person and virtual, which includes managing the live production platform, designing registration processes, recording/editing videos, creating promotional materials such as e-invitations, and handling all event communications.
- Design landing pages and webpages that effectively convert leads and optimize user experience.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of metrics related to CRM, social media, e-communication, and webpage performance, with the aim of measuring effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct market trend research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and market insights.
- Lead company website maintenance and updates, overseeing administrative assistant.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital design for websites, emails, and social media.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital design, graphic design, or an equivalent field.
- Excellent visual design skills, including proficiency in color theory, layout, and typography, demonstrated through a portfolio of work using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or InDesign.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Highly proficient in creating visually appealing videos and animations using tools such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or Adobe After Effects.
- Experience in CMS tools like Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Pardot.
- Experience in event production platforms such as Cvent or On24 is a plus.
- Familiarity with web HTML and website management tools such as WordPress is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong team-oriented mindset, detail-driven, and self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly and proficiently.
- Desire to work for a growing asset management platform with high ethical and performance standards.
Compensation & Benefits
Potential Salary: $90,000 – 110,000 USD Exempt
