TDLR:
We’re looking for an expert paid marketing manager for paid social - Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter ads.
This role is perfect for someone who loves managing ads and making ads. You’ll need a deep understanding of the Facebook (aka meta) ad platform - and creative skills to make awesome ads.
Why You Should Work With Us:
1. We’re a growth marketing agency for newsletters (think businesses like Morning Brew and The Hustle).
2. We’re new. Less than 2 years old. But we have grown over 857% in the last 12 months and our clients include the largest and fastest growing newsletters, media companies, and creators.
3. GrowLetter is the #1 newsletter growth agency. We have more clients and more client success stories than anyone in our industry.
4. Our first client The Milk Road grew to 250,000+ subscribers and sold for millions of dollars in 10 months. The marketing we did for them drove 85%+ of their subscriber growth.
5. We move fast. This makes some people uncomfortable. But for us, moving fast and getting results is fun as hell and addicting.
6. We like freedom and winning. We work remotely and asynchronously. We don’t do unnecessary meetings. We don’t micromanage. We take time off. We also strive to be the best at what we do, and we expect everyone we work with to do the same.
