BTS’ Executive Coaching Center of Expertise is searching for an Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Partner. This is a central and essential role that touches every part of our organization and, together with the Operations team, ensures our firm runs effectively.

The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Partner is a central and essential role that touches every part of our organization and, together with the Operations team, ensures our firm runs effectively.
The EA’s core responsibilities will focus on responding to requests, anticipating needs, and preventing problems. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented administrative professional with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys and has been successful at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include - Proactively manage the Managing Partner’s full and constantly changing calendar, including strategically prioritizing meetings, with a deep understanding of the relevant priorities.
- Coordinate with client EAs, team members, and others on confidential, high priority and sometimes complex schedules.
- Manage all contacts, updating new contacts, connecting on LinkedIn, exporting new contacts to our newsletter list, etc.
- Manage the client feedback process – updating the database of needed surveys, sending surveys on time, accurately populating the database with survey responses, sharing survey results with team members.
- Support business development activities by
- coordinating with team members, tracking progress, updating the managing partner on progress
- reaching out to clients to ask about their decisions
- creating and administering email campaigns to share resources with prospects and clients
- Reach out to team members monthly to ask for, collect and compile engagement updates, ensuring our tracking is accurate and up to date.
- Handle various projects requiring research, writing, and spreadsheet skills.
- Plan (infrequent) travel and manage expenses and expense reports, including reconciling credit card statements.
- Handle various personal activities.

- Proven team player who builds strong relationships virtually, cares about colleagues, and eagerly pitches in wherever it’s needed to help the team succeed.
- Demonstrated prior success as an executive assistant in a virtual environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, positive, and poised. Will represent the firm and our team members well.

- Fluency with Microsoft Office – particularly Outlook
- Independent and self-motivated. Likes working on their own behind the scenes. Able to productively and happily work in a virtual environment with almost all interactions via email.
- Bachelor’s degree
The role requires ~20 hours/week during normal business hours, ideally with the flexibility to increase or decrease 10-20% in any given week. Hours are completely flexible within a standard workday. The role is not suitable for someone with another full-time job.
Compensation: $25-30K/year as a part time employee.
