We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Evergreen Gavekal. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in implementing and executing marketing strategies to promote our firm's services, strengthen brand awareness, and drive client engagement. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to problem-solve on the fly.
Among other duties responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to support the firm's growth objectives, targeting both prospective and existing clients (gifts, events, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and digital content.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage the firm's digital presence, including website content updates, social media channels, and online advertising campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating client events, seminars, and webinars, including venue selection, logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-up.
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for our newsletter and various email correspondence
- Design, order, maintain, pick up and deliver swag for clients, prospects, etc.
Qualifications:
- Ability to reliably work in-office full-time. (Required)
- Proven experience in marketing coordination, preferably within the financial services or wealth management industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and willingness to learn how to effectively communicate complex financial concepts.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, content management systems, and email marketing software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
Compensation
- Compensation Range: $55,000-$70,000
