What You'll Do

Update email contacts and manage CRM data to keep our communication on point.

Skillfully screen and direct phone calls, ensuring our clients receive the utmost attention and care.

Manage the Realtor's diary and schedule, ensuring meetings and appointments run seamlessly.

Demonstrate your outstanding multitasking skills by taking dictation, minute-taking, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Collaborate on the creation of marketing letters, promotions, and eye-catching flyers that capture attention and generate interest.

Help facilitate our monthly email Newsletter to keep our clients engaged and informed.

Support the implementation of transaction coordination duties, contributing to smooth and successful property transactions.

Contribute to our online presence by assisting with the maintenance of our Business Facebook Page.

What You Bring

A proven track record of administrative experience, preferably within the Real Estate field.

Familiarity with office management systems and procedures, including MS Office, Publisher, and data entry tools.

Top-notch organizational and time management skills that keep you on top of your game.

An eagerness to stay up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications, making you a tech-savvy superstar.

The ability to communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they feel valued and well taken care of.

A willingness to assist with Marketing campaigns, adding your creative touch to our promotional efforts.

Job Details

Job Type: Part-time, initially 1 to 2 days per week, approximately 6 to 8 hours per scheduled day.
