About the Role:
As our Social Media Marketing & Community Lead, you will be the driving force behind our organic growth. You’ll bring the magic of our programs to parents and students worldwide. This role is ideal for someone who is great at storytelling, thrives on experimentation, learning, and has a creative vision to bring exceptional content to life.
Your North Star: Increase organic growth of our owned channels that will later translate into qualified leads.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Content Strategy & Execution: Oversee, execute, and manage day-to-day content creation across our owned channels (Newsletter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok) for our different brands.
- Creative Development: Source and develop creative concepts that communicate our brand story and program benefits effectively, underscoring our unique selling points.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and customer feedback to adjust the content strategy as needed.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team and program directors to create high-quality, engaging content to help convert warm prospects.
- Audience Nurturing: Craft content to nurture our audience and guide them toward conversion via social media and email.
- UGC Management: Create and manage a system for user-generated content from our current students and alumni.
- Strategy Optimization: Regularly review and optimize the content strategy based on performance analytics and changing market trends.
- Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics, including engagement rates, lead generation, and conversion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in content strategy, marketing, or a similar role
- Proven track record of using content to generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone based on audience needs.
- Proficient in social media and content management systems.
- Ability to use data analytics tools to track content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A creative thinker with problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
