You have a channel you’re very active on (Twitter, Reddit, newsletter, blog, etc.) and love sharing your perspective with a larger audience. You regularly read the leading newsletters and blogs in the industry. You are self-motivated. You are a storyteller. You have big ideas.

You will get to:
- Developing a comprehensive digital content strategy that builds NoGood’s brand awareness and community engagement Authoring content that establishes a unique tone of voice and a consistent narrative across all digital channels (Twitter, growth newsletter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Creating and delivering content calendars for NoGood’s blog, newsletter, social channels while overseeing the day-to-day management of NoGood’s digital community
- Collaborating with the Creative Studio to produce innovative, engaging content
- Following growth/digital marketing, tech, branding, and social trends to implement into NoGood’s content strategy
- Using social media monitoring, social listening data, competitor and customer insights to shape the content strategy and provide regular reporting on results on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
You have:
- 4 - 6 years of proven experience managing and growing digital communities and a deep understanding of how consumers engage online
- The ability to concept stories and content based on consumer and industry insights, trends, brand positioning and KPIs
- A deep understanding of & appetite for growth, tech/VC space, digital culture (memes, podcasts, social media), etc
- Strong knowledge of social channels (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and best ways to activate them through content
- The ability to effectively manage social media managers, designers, and interns to drive output
- Experience providing a content & community strategy across multiple social channels
- The ability to be organized, self-motivating and to multi-task across different projects under tight deadlines
- Experience with email marketing, SEO, analytics and social publishing tools including Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMRush, Hootsuite
