Day to Day
The Communications Support position will be supporting the facilities department with all external communications products. In this role, there will be a lot of content creating, short videos, supporting photography, promoting the team with assisting in current newsletter, any other publications that might be needed, digital signs, and keeping up with updated content.
- Work with the Communication Manager to launch a social media program for Facilities and Business Operations in 2024.
- Management of FBO's social media channels to include content creation and posting, monitoring and updating the social media calendar, and moderating comments as necessary.
- Take photos and create videos to be used in FBO publications and for general communication needs.
- Provide graphic design support to create basic elements such as posters, fliers and social media posts to be used across all of FBO's communication channels.
- Write copy as needed for FBO newsletters and other publications.
