We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the company’s brand presence, attract new clients, and drive business growth. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the management team to create compelling marketing campaigns, engage with key leadership, and promote our services across various channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the construction industry and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and generate leads for CNC Foundations.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and industry events.
- Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence through effective website management, SEO optimization, and content creation.
- Manage and update company website content through WordPress, ensuring it is accurate, engaging, and reflects the company’s brand identity.
- Develop and manage the company Sharepoint newsletter website.
- Collaborate with internal team members to develop (including writing and design) marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and more.
- Coordinate industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote CNC Foundations.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and suggest innovative marketing strategies to gain a competitive edge.
- Support sales efforts by providing marketing materials, presentations, and other resources as needed.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and engaging marketing materials that align with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Qualified candidates must be creative and perceptive professionals, who are skilled communicators and able to collaborate with various teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing or similar disciplines are a plus.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a marketing role.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, marketing analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
- Highly creative and detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, SEO best practices, and email marketing tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events and job site visits.
