Insight Global is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to support the Head of the Business Operations and Strategy in planning and organizational design to scale the organization for growth over time in one of our Consumer Electronic Companies. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, quality focused and results driven. This is a highly communicative role that will be frequently working with members of another team to gather updates and information and construct status summaries for leadership audiences.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, business operations or high level executive assistant position demonstrating business acumen and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to develop clear and concise recommendations
* Ability to get buy-in from decision makers
* Collaborative partner to business leaders
* Ability to implement performance improvement plans
* Extremely organized and master of time management
* Proficiency with Excel and other MS programs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
*Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communication or operations
Responsibilities:
* High Degree of Internal Communication with Executives: Work with the team leads to ensure status trackers are updated, presentation deliverables are submitted, and executive feedback is delivered on time
* Time and Project Management: Establishing calendars, roadmaps, and timelines for high priority objectives with the head of Business Operations and Strategy
* Weekly/Monthly Newsletter Updates: Increase transparency by compiling and formatting updates across the organization to share with the team via emails and meetings
* Meeting efficiency and organization: Updating meeting agendas, taking concise notes during team meetings, collecting feedback on meeting effectiveness to identify areas of improvement
