Who We’re Looking For - Email Marketing Manager
The Email Marketing Manager role at Clearlink requires a passion for digital marketing and extensive experience in managing high-volume email campaigns. The manager will lead email and SMS platforms, using strategic insights from the digital media industry to drive product development in these channels. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle, from acquisition to analysis, focusing on personalization, content optimization, and automation to enhance audiences and achieve acquisition, LTV, and ROI goals across various lifestyle brands. The role entails assessing past campaigns, setting campaign goals, crafting error-free engaging copy, collaborating with designers, and managing opt-in consumer databases to drive efficient growth and monetization.
The Impact You Will Make -
- Design and deploy daily newsletters and direct email marketing campaign
- Write engaging email copy, including daily newsletters, partner-sponsored sends, targeted campaigns, and more
- Create and maintain mobile-friendly email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
- Manage the campaign calendar, scheduling the promotion of native products and partner campaigns
- Support product email marketing strategies by handling the setup, execution and tracking of marketing programs including: lead generation, acquisition, segmentation and targeting
- Collaborate with graphic and design team to create and optimize landing pages and lead capture widgets.
- Report on performance and sales revenue generated from email and SMS programs
- Perform regular content analysis -- drawing insights that can be applied to existing and future content strategies
- Implement and collect data from test campaigns, including messaging, frequency, and cadence; optimize for deliverability and engagement
- Support audience database integrity, including data hygiene, processes, and optimization
What You Need -
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, email automation, and CRM
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating engaging newsletter content
- Proficiency in audience segmentation and cohort analysis
- Experience using first-party data to build audiences and drive revenue
- Strong organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities concurrently
- Sharp digital analytics, including tracking engagement, conversion rates, and funnel analysis using Google Analytics Suite
- Adaptability and quick learning of new SaaS and CRM technologies
- Proficient in generating and using reports from sales and marketing tools
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Cordial
- Experience creating reports and extracting insights from platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua, Iterable, Tune
- Google Analytics Certification
