Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and oversee social media content on Instagram and LinkedIn
- Handle audience engagement, including responding to DMs and comments
- Create a content calendar for social media posts, subject to approval by client
Content Creation
- Develop social media posts, captions, and hashtags
- Use Canva to create visually appealing graphics for social media and newsletters
Website Management
- Make updates on the website as needed
Email Marketing
- Create and manage email lists
- Develop a consistent quarterly or monthly newsletter
Ad Hoc Projects
- Complete various projects as needed
Platforms
- Canva
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- Kajabi
Requirements
- Must have experience in social media or digital marketing
- Experience or interest in operating room or clinical background is a plus
- Highly creative and adept at crafting compelling content
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Availability for a minimum of 5 hours per week, with potential for increased availability
- Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time
