About this Position
We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to help lead the execution of our marketing campaigns to generate increased awareness and sales for Remcoda. This is an exciting oppportunity to join a fast-growing company in the early days as the second member of the marketing department.
In this role you will lead the execution of marketing campaigns across our website, email newsletter, paid media, sales outreach, trade shows, and sales support.
You will also complete other duties as assigned to help meet Remcoda’s marketing goals.
As our new Marketing Manager you will have three primary areas of responsibility:
Campaign Management - Strategy, Planning, Project Management
- Report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer and CEO on the strategy and creation of our marketing campaigns based on the priorities of the revenue team and the broader company.
- Gather requirements & submit creative briefs for all marketing campaigns
- Work with the sourcing and production teams to understand new product availability, current promotions, etc for the selection of products to feature in our campaigns
- Create & track the progress of the campaign brief / proofing process using project management tools.
- Complete setup and deploy monthly email newsletter and social media campaigns, as well as monitor/resolve any QA issues.
- Work cross-functionally to support various teams with specific marketing and communication needs and customized local campaigns
- Work with internal and external resources on the creation of campaign copywriting and creative.
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting to the executive team on marketing initiatives.
Content Management - Planning, Execution, Delivery
- Manage the creation of content and creative assets across digital platforms in partnership with internal and external creative resources including product photography, product spec sheets, catalogs, marketing collateral, and presentations.
- Distributed approved digital content and creative assets to internal and external partners
- Help improve the quality of our digital content by creating/maintaining benchmarks, specifications guide, and/or best practices
- Ensure assets are developed for specific customers’ usage and tagged appropriately
- Track content development budgets/agencies
- Partner with the Head of Marketing in planning and executing campaign landing pages on Remcoda.com.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing on content for key activations, promotions, and sponsorships.
- Partner with the Head of Marketing in the planning of paid social media campaigns across platforms to drive engagement, website traffic, & sales.
Revenue Team Support
- Help drive curiosity and add to the culture of collaboration as we move Remcoda
- Assist sales reps in setting up email campaigns
- Assist the broader Revenue team with additional support tasks as needed
- Assist in RFP submission and content to support RFP process
About You
You are a marketing team member, preferably with some digital campaign management experience. You have a passion for the quickly evolving marketing landscape and are able to learn new concepts and techniques from your own observations of brands activating across different marketing channels.
You likely enjoy the challenge of bringing creativity to an older, traditional space like wholesale supply. Your innate curiosity continually leads you to find new and innovative ways to connect with customers. You understand how marketing fits into a broader company and brand strategy and are always looking for ways to better integrate campaigns between different efforts.
With a strategic and creative mind, experience managing campaigns, and a track record of continuous learning, you’re a perfect for this role.
Experience
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Solid understanding of marketing strategy, best practices, and tactics
- Demonstrated ability to learn new digital strategies and tactics quickly
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Frequent personal use of at least one social media platform
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

- Working with Canva with and without designer support
- Working with email platforms like Klaviyo or Hubspot
- Strong copywriting examples
- Writing creative briefs, reviewing creative outputs, and managing creative assets
