Sr. Strategy Manager, you’ll strengthen the management of Department of the Air Force (DAF) strategic planning and aligned performance metrics with the goal of making an impact across the federal government. What you’ll do:
- Provide hands-on guidance to Air Force leaders on making strategic and senior leadership mission guidance actionable for Airmen and the broader Air Force community.
- Drive process, governance, and technology improvements.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Strong background (5+ years of experience) in at least several of the following areas: organizational change management, business case analysis, process reengineering, performance reporting, and risk management.
- Experience driving innovation on Government or Commercial projects.
- Proven ability to excel in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's degree and Secret Clearance (minimum).
