Reporting to: Marketing Director
SunRidge Management Group, a national multifamily management company, is looking for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to assist the Marketing Director with marketing & advertising initiatives in the portfolio-wide management of our communities.
- Will assist in the set-up, management and continuous auditing of a wide range of online advertising sources and dashboards for our growing multifamily portfolio.
- Responsible for content creation on advertising and social media outlets, along with other tasks assigned by the Marketing Director. Must have advanced writing and editorial skills.
- Responsible for the setup and management of various online and social accounts for communities.
- Assists in coordinating outreach and marketing events at the site level, such as meet & greets, grand openings, luncheons, etc.
- Responsible for outreach marketing & training at the site level as needed.
- Will be in continuous contact with site-level staff in an effort to train, assist, obtain updated information for advertising, etc.
- Will need to have strong research and analytical skills, and will be tasked with gathering information on many different subjects.
- Assist in auditing print collateral and promotional items for accuracy.
- Ability to create the monthly corporate newsletter.
- Need to be comfortable speaking with people in person and over the phone. Will be required to occasionally shop communities in an effort to gather information.
Must have a strong work ethic and be able to stay focused while working on many tasks at one time. Previous experience with project management a plus. Must be detailed oriented, able to work well with lists, and have an eagerness to learn and explore new marketing and advertising opportunities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 Years of experience in onsite property management marketing, managing social media, Real Estate/Property Management marketing or related field
- Effective oral communication skills
- Advanced grammar, spelling and creative writing skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Tech Savvy and able to learn new dashboards and programs.
Job Type: Full-time, in-office in Dallas, TX. Not eligible for remote work.
Pay: Starting from $55,000.00 per year; DOE
