EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT // JOB POST
As an Associate Broker with milehimodern, I am seeking an Executive Assistant with excellent efficiency, organizational skills and attention to detail. We will work together closely to organize systems, optimize my schedule, market my business and provide amazing service to clients! The role will be a blend of administrative duties with operations, marketing, event planning and client support. Being a self-starter and having a high aptitude for working independently is crucial.
Compensation will vary based on experience; it will be paid hourly and is expected to be in the range of $23-$27/hour. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities
// Seller & Buyer Client Assistance
- Attend and prepare follow-up for client meetings
- Assist with client presentation preparation
- Assist in staging coordination and showing preparation for listings
- Organize contacts and optimize CRM (Rezora & Follow Up Boss)
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals and repairs/estimate appointments
// Marketing
- Social media marketing
- Website management and blog post drafting
- Prepare Annual Home Reviews for past clients
- Monthly client newsletter creation
- Client event planning
- Direct mail campaign creation & tracking
// Operations & Administration
- Coordinate client gifts, marketing materials, holiday gifts/drop-offs and other office supplies
- Organize & maintain a business operations manual, client database and client presentations
Qualifications
// Real Estate Experience: 2 years (Required)
// Administrative Experience: 2 years (Required) example experience includes executive assistant, transaction coordinator and/or marketing coordinator
// High school diploma or GED (Required)
// Ability to commute or relocate to Denver (Required)
