Requisition ID: 1059Summary of Responsibilities:The Communications Coordinator will capture, create, and conceptualize new and innovative ways of conveying the Fiddler’s Elbow experience via our website, social media, under the direction of the Marketing Team. Working in tandem with the Public Relations consultant and agency, the Communications Coordinator is responsible for posting the content for club social media channels and our website. In addition, the coordinator acts as liaison between the club consultant (copywriter) and the outside production team (NBC) for the online video newsletter. They are the photo editor of The Fiddler Magazine under the direction of the outside consultant. They will attend weekly F&B meetings and Club events, interact with our members, and serve as the event photographer/videographer. They are also the keeper of the club’s photo archives.At Fiddler's Elbow, our mission is not only to, "Enhance the lives of our Members & Guests with WOW moments they can't live without," but to also enhance and enrich the lives of our Fiddler's Family members.Essential Functions:Work in tandem with the Public Relations consultant with all outgoing communications.Oversee all aspects of the various Fiddler’s Elbow social media platforms and ensuring they are relevant and up to date.Work closely with senior leadership in maintaining brand consistency and concepts.Archive photos and videos in an organized manner.Be proactive, strategize and plan project schedules.Meet with Department Heads to determine marketing needs and social media content.Regularly attend Club events (days, nights, weekends, holidays) to capture photo and video content for publishing.Post on social media after all events involving a post with edited video or photography.Post and distribute all marketing materials throughout the club and on TV screens and cart screens.Oversee the Fiddler’s Elbow website:
Update content consistently; daily, weekly, monthly.Ensure content is cohesive with our brand standards.
