Responsibilities
- Assist with the writing and design of the newsletter • Assist with the planning and marketing of events • Craft engaging social media posts, blog articles and website copy • Use market research to generate consumer insights and trend analysis • Enhancing customer interaction and support through ChatGPT • Develop marketing campaigns • Developing marketing strategies for new programs and services • Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions • Analyzing website for user experience and effectiveness • Develop marketing plans • Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas • Graphics design for web and print
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art or related field preferred • Minimum of five years’ experience within non-profit operations, and/or in the management of marketing and sales or other related fields • A proven ability to work with limited supervision, and to meet deadlines for multiple tasks, programs and events • Advanced multi-media development skills: Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite • Fluency in the Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Publisher) • Demonstrated capabilities in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, WordPress and other marketing related software programs • Ability to do backend functions of a website and able to update information on multiple websites
• Excellent oral and written communications skills (a writing sample is required) • Strong organizational skills, a self-starter, and detail-oriented • Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously, while keeping long term projects on schedule • Demonstrated history of planning successful product launches and events • Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting • Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, board management and customers • Ability to discuss and contribute ideas at any stage of a project, from conceptual design to development and management • In State travel required.
