We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented National Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various marketing and sales support tasks, including managing marketing budget and advertising campaigns, coordinating trade show participation, creating monthly newsletters, assisting with order entry, inventory management and generating price quotations.
- Advertising Management: Oversee the implementation of advertising campaigns across various channels, ensuring accurate targeting and alignment with marketing strategies.
- Trade Show Coordination: Plan and manage the company's participation in trade shows, including booth setup coordination with suppliers, logistics, and ensuring a successful presence at each event.
- Newsletter Creation: Develop and design monthly newsletters to keep clients informed about our latest products, promotions, and industry updates.
- RFQ Handling: Respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQs) under the guidance of the Sales Director, ensuring timely and accurate submission of proposals and maintaining effective communication with potential clients.
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders, coordinate product delivery, and liaise with freight forwarders to ensure efficient shipment and timely customer satisfaction.
- Inbound Product Logistics: Facilitate smooth inbound shipments from the mother company to the US warehouse, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and resolving any potential issues.
- Implement and execution of the sales and marketing strategy in accordance with the company guidelines and objectives of the North American office.
Duties / Responsibilities / Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing support roles, preferably within the HVAC industry or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset, striving for excellence in achieving individual and team goals.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Travel required is less than 10%. This is an in-office position; not hybrid or remote.
