Job Description: Senior Social Editor
Job Type: Full Time, 6-month contract with possible renewal

Third Bridge Creative is looking for a Senior Social Editor. This person’s primary responsibility will be to serve as the day-to-day B2B social copywriter/editor for one of our clients in the music streaming space. In this role, you'll work directly with the client’s team, attending meetings, capturing project requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders. Your job will be to create smart, catching, flawless copy that adheres to the client's voice and style guidelines, and is custom fit to their campaigns and messaging directives. You’ll be creating social media copy primarily, but likely contributing to other client and internal initiatives such as — but not limited to — newsletters, emails, website copy, and marketing and social ideation
We are looking for someone who loves culture, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering amazing work that delights clients. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of superb copywriting and proven social media instincts honed via a strong social media and/or editorial background. They will understand how a project’s voice, tone, and style can vary from client to client, audience to audience, and even moment to moment. Additionally, the Senior Social Editor will need to be exceptionally attuned to audience sensitivities, have considerable people skills, be able to receive and integrate both internal and external feedback, and, especially, have unfailing discipline when it comes to time management and deadlines.

Responsibilities include:
- Upholding Third Bridge Creative's extremely high writing/editing quality standards
- Hitting deadlines whether they are quick-turn or part of a carefully plotted campaign
- Adhering to voice, tone, and style guidelines set by Third Bridge Creative and by clients
- Working directly with clients to capture their needs and translate them into winning copy
- Creating copy of varying lengths, from short-form social posts to email/newsletter/website
- Contributing to Third Bridge Creative's own social media efforts and marketing strategies
- Attending weekly internal cross-functional meetings
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in social media, or translatable marketing or journalism work
- Strong writing and editing skills; able to pass TBC's writing and editing standards test
- Experience managing input, expectations, and sensitivities from multiple stakeholders
- Examples of both B2B and B2C copywriting and/or editing, ideally in a variety of formats
- Understanding of/passion for culture and trends (emphasis on music and podcasts)
- Keenly sensitive to communications concerns related to diversity and inclusion
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Expertise in Google suite; ability to adapt to content management systems
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working remotely
