• 1st Shift *Overtime as needed
• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Weekly Pay - Direct Deposit or Pay Card
• $24.00/hr (depending on experience)

What You'll Do as a Human Resources and Marketing Assistant:

You'll wear two hats, playing a key role in both HR and Marketing initiatives!

On the HR side, you'll help us develop engaging programs, manage employee wellness initiatives, and ensure smooth administration. You'll also be a data whiz, keeping our HRIS accurate and compliant.

Marketing your talents? We need your creativity to craft compelling presentations, design brochures, and spearhead our company newsletter. You'll also plan events like roundtables and keep track of key performance metrics.

Bonus points if you're a time management guru! You'll help us implement a new Direct Labor Management System, ensuring a smooth transition for our employees.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

• Have HR experience (2-3 years) with marketing/event planning skills
• Have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
• Have HRIS experience and knowledge of HR policies & practices
• Be a Microsoft Office Suite pro (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Be adaptable and be a team player with strong initiative
