Position Overview
This individual works closely and provides support to the respective Marcom Manager.
The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent operational and project management skills, communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, passion, and the ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.
Responsibilities
Creates digital marketing material such flyers, white papers, videos, PowerPoint presentations for the current product portfolio and upcoming product launches.
Executes the media plan.
Manage printing and storage process for marketing assets.
Maintains USA Intranet and Internet by updating content while monitoring accuracy.
Creates monthly metric report using the Domo tool.
Manages operational tools including the Healthcare Release Tool and Content management systems like CSM, One Library and MIND.
Manages and executes internal communication projects such as internal newsletter.
