Job Description

Perficient is seeking a Graphic Design Coordinator for the St. Louis office. (Hybrid role) This role will report to the Creative Services Manager in the Marketing department.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Creative Services Manager with the maintenance, evolution, and compliance of Perficient brand standards, style guides and corporate policies.
  • Maintain and develop visual design components for Perficient.com website, landing pages, E-mails, social media posts and banner ads
  • Upkeep and improvements to the company’s commonly used Information Sources (Sales Deck, Elements Deck, Employee Handbook, Benefits site)
  • Design corporate marketing print collateral materials such as: Industry Guides, Solution Sheets, Partner Sheets, Pulse (biannual magazine/newsletter) etc.
  • Collaborate on and support all Perficient business units and internal departments (Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Marketing) requests for creative design.
  • Collaborate with key sellers to create RFP decks in PowerPoint
  • Support tradeshow-associated creative (booth design and associated event collateral)
  • Manage available internal ‘creative repository’ for Perficient (logos, stock images, PowerPoint graphics, award imagery, etc.)
  • Translate high-level objectives and design principles into polished visual design.
  • Ensure high-quality of creative is upheld and maintain high standards for creative development, execution, and attention to detail in all aspects.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years demonstrable experience (via strong digital portfolio examples) as a graphic designer in the following areas: print, digital, interactive, agency creative, and design
  • Basic to Intermediate understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Basic to Intermediate understanding of UX and UI design best practices
  • Expert knowledge and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • PowerPoint and MS Office skills are a plus
  • Knowledge of design trends for typography, print, digital, mobile, video, and other new media.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent time management: Ability to listen to feedback and translate into creative while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter who tries to answer their question first before asking for help.
  • Strong work ethic that is willing to do what it takes to complete work on time.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts preferred
