The E-Commerce Coordinator will support the day-to-day digital operations for Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, and EA7 on Armani.com. This role is responsible for executing online merchandising, product publication, digital launches, and website quality assurance across three distinct luxury and lifestyle brands.
Working closely with international headquarters, the Coordinator will help ensure a seamless and elevated online customer experience that reflects each brand’s identity, commercial priorities, and global standards. Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations & Merchandising
- Support daily E-Commerce operations across Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, and EA7, ensuring consistent execution and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage online product publication in partnership with Global HQ, ensuring accuracy of product data, imagery, pricing, categorization, and overall site presentation.
- Execute weekly online merchandising updates to support commercial priorities, product launches, seasonal storytelling, and best-selling product visibility.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product assortments, brand priorities, and customer behavior to ensure compelling on-site representation.
- Review and optimize PDP (Product Detail Page) copy to ensure alignment with brand voice, luxury positioning, and customer experience standards.
- Support homepage and category page updates, including banner creation, scheduling, and publishing.
Digital Launches & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate digital execution for product launches, capsule collections, and special projects through on-site updates, merchandising support, newsletter coordination, and timely product publication.
- Partner closely with Global HQ teams to support U.S.-specific launch requirements and ensure local market needs are incorporated into global rollout plans.
- Coordinate sample photography and asset readiness for special collections and launch initiatives, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on schedule.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Marketing, Creative, Buying, and Planning teams to support commercial and brand objectives.
CRM & Email Support
- Partner with CRM and Email Marketing teams to support weekly email campaign execution across multiple brands.
- Ensure featured products, inventory availability, product links, and merchandising selections are accurate and optimized before deployment.
- Support campaign QA and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless customer experience across email and site traffic journeys.
Website Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Conduct ongoing website QA to identify, escalate, and resolve content, merchandising, navigation, and functionality issues.
- Monitor site presentation and customer experience to ensure luxury standards are consistently maintained.
- Perform competitor benchmarking and promotional analysis to support merchandising and commercial strategies.
- Stay informed on e-commerce trends, digital tools, and luxury retail best practices, recommending enhancements where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, CRM/email marketing, or a related digital retail role.
- Strong interest in luxury fashion, digital commerce, and brand storytelling.
- Experience working with web-based content management systems and supporting e-commerce launches/site updates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, lookups, filtering, and basic formulas.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar tools is a plus.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $28.65 - $31.25 plus the opportunity to participate on a bonus or commission benefit plan depending by brand, with a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions.
