Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to support proposal development, content creation, and market research activities. The role involves coordinating proposals and qualification packages, maintaining marketing materials and databases, developing marketing content, supporting social media initiatives, and conducting market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists in conducting competitive SWOT analysis and market research to identify trends, client needs, and growth opportunities within the A/E/C sector
- Maintain proposal documentation, file structures, and close-out records.
- Update marketing materials, resumes, project sheets, brochures, and firm profiles.
- Support newsletter and social media content creation.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and SWOT assessments.
- Track proposal outcomes, market trends, capital plans, and business opportunities.
- Maintain lead and project information within internal databases and CRM systems.
- Prepare prequalification packages, SF 330 submissions, workload reports, and other administrative documents.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the AEC industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills :
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content to various clients.
- Strong verbal communication skills and knowing how to communicate in a corporate environment.
- Organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and communications tools (SurveyMonkey, Constant Contact).
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
