Sr. Program Analyst 4877

As Sr. Program Analyst, you’ll be the project leader, responsible for intake, scoping, plan development, and execution. You will also be reporting challenges, successes, and obstacles to the Chief Analyst and Office Director. You’ll also serve as consultant to our highly visible, mission-critical government customer.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the entire project lifecycle, utilizing formal PMO processes.
  • Make deadline-driven decisions, guide solution development, manage project teams, and provide informal mentorship.
  • Generate and distribute precise PMO reports, manage internal and external relations to support program operations.
  • Handle vendor performance, report conflicts, and collaborate on tailored proposals, optimizing them to align with program needs and resources.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Must have a Master’s Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Must be able to lead cross-functional teams, programs, and projects
  • Must be capable of overseeing the development of charters and integrated timelines, while also monitoring project schedules to keep functions aligned, addressing escalated issues, conducting regular project status review meetings, and offering consultation on projects integrated within an organized program.
  • Must be able to apply comprehensive procedural knowledge to make deadline-driven decisions for work units or projects.
  • Must be able to lead the collaborative development of solutions, oversee project delivery teams, and offer informal guidance and training to coworkers.
  • Must be capable of producing, maintaining, and disseminating regular PMO reports, ensuring precision in detail, concise summarization of complex matters, and accurate project status reporting.
  • Must be capable of handling internal and external relations to bolster program operations, acting as a client liaison, escalating staffing or delivery concerns.
  • Must be capable of collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and contracting staff to tailor proposals to program needs.
  • Must be capable of monitoring vendor performance, track third party deliverables, and report on conflicts and delays of paid tools/services to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
